CODE tickets: code-redundancy cleanup

A 2026-06-11 per-directory redundancy review (12 reviewers, each reading ABC.md first) found 63 redundancies — code reimplementing abc primitives, intra-dir copy-paste, and dead duplicates. They group into 15 dir-themed tickets below, each a behavior-preserving refactor cleared via the Issues fix-and-land loop in a store-backed worktree. Run one worktree per dir, ~6 at once; abc and load-bearing spawn paths gate the diff before landing.

CODE-020 — be/ JS duplication: extract shared primitives (fs probes, wtblob, tok32/hunkbuild, tree-walk, uriarg, path) + reconcile divergent resolveHashlet/isMeta; 2026-07-03 8-agent review.
CODE-021 — be/ JS dedup net ≥1000 LoC reduction target + accounting (7-agent scan quantified CODE-020 at ~900–1050 removable); adds verb-entry factory + beCtx shim + spot/bro/store/argline twins.

2026-07-24 6-agent be/ review (unification objective). The dedup half folds into CODE-020/CODE-021; these six track the net-new ground, in dependency order:

CODE-022 — put.js hashlet resolver: dead-ternary bug (absent sha accepted) + fold to resolveHexAny. Deps: none; the sanctioned CODE-020 resolver spin-off.
CODE-023 — get.js swallows unmount/unlink/durable-con errors; store.locate silent miss. Deps: none.
CODE-024 — io.mmap per-file readers leak mappings (classify.js rule) → pooled fd. Deps: none.
CODE-025 — status/quad ahead-behind should read the graf.idx count cache (exists today). Deps: none.
CODE-026 — index-accelerate history + search consumers. Deps: GRAF-002 + SPOT-003 must land in be/ (BLOCKED).
CODE-027 — decompose oversized post.postOne + get.inRepoSeed/leaf. Deps: soft after CODE-022/CODE-023.

CODE-019 (relocate sha1hex from dog/WHIFF.h to dog/git/SHA1.h beside sha1, finishing CODE-016; pure byte-identical move, zero consumer edits) LANDED addd5a9c. CODE-018 LANDED a5d133f8 (51 non-abc ok64→PRO.h conversions); its abc/ remainder closed as-is (marginal, review-only — ROCKGet free-leak hazard left manual).

CODE-017 LANDED 5104a855 (the solid research-sweep findings; abc/js-FFI/marginal ones skipped or deferred); CODE-016 LANDED 0a43dec5; CODE-001..015 abandoned (bullshit quality, see above).

2026-08-21 bee bug sweep

A 4-reviewer bug sweep of ///bee (rev 184fddf) filed 17 repro-first tickets, CODE-031..047; the dedup and comment-policy findings stayed with the review report.

2026-09-18 index review

A 4-reviewer review of index/ at ///bee#8cb69a0 (core walk, blob scan, kv/worktree, dag/perma), profiled on ~~/src/git and~~ /src/linux, filed CODE-048..080; CODE-031, CODE-045 and CODE-046 got the re-confirming evidence instead of duplicates.
